“What’s his condition, doctor?”
“It’s a miracle he’s alive, Hokage-sama. If it weren’t for his tenant your son would be dead by now. He is stable now. We’re not sure when is he going to wake up.”
‘Chichioya…?’

Beep… Beep… Beep…
“Come on, Naruto. Fight. Don’t you dare to leave me, you dobe.”
‘Sasuke…’

“Please wake up, son. I miss you so terribly and your father and siblings do too.”
‘Hahaoya…? Siblings?’

“Aniki, please wake up. You promised to see my Chuunin exam finals! You promised!”
‘… who? My… imouto?’

“Ugh…” Naruto groaned as he woke up. “God damn beeping, is it ever going to stop?”
“Niisan! Niisan, you’re awake!”
Naruto opened his eyes to see a boy with red hair and blue eyes. “Uh… Yeah…”
“I’m gonna tell mom! She went to get coffee…” The boy yelled excitedly before giving Naruto a kiss on the cheek and running off. “Kaaaaaaaa-saaaaaaaaaan! Niisan’s awake! He’s AWAKE!”
Naruto chuckled. ‘I’m a big brother, huh? And I have parents… Hokage and some woman… I wonder if they are my real parents… Sasuke’s in Konoha too…’
The door opened with a bang and a beautiful woman with red hair and green eyes ran in.
Naruto’s eyes watered. ‘Hahaoya… It’s my Hahaoya… Kushina… So… I have my original parents from the old world here…?’
“Naruto! Thank God, you’re awake. I was so worried, son.” Kushina sighed and hugged Naruto.
‘Worried… Someone else was worried about me that Old man Hokage and Tsunade no baachan? So this is what it’s like… to have a family…’ Naruto thought and hugged his mother with all the power he could muster without crushing her. “Hahaoya…”
“How are you feeling, son? Does anything hurt? You were in a coma for little over 4 months.” Kushina asked as the door banged open again and a man with blonde hair and blue eyes came in.
“Naruto!”
“Chichioya…” Naruto whispered as he stared at the blonde man, who was also known as the Yondaime Hokage.
Before his father could say anything the door opened with a bang again and hit the stunned Hokage in the back as Sasuke barged in. Naruto couldn’t hold it and burst into laughter. “Oh my God, you people. Calm down, come here and give me a hug!”
Soon the room was full of people. Old man Sarutobi, Tsunade, Sasuke, Jiraiya, Naruto’s parents and siblings… They all hugged him and asked him if he was alright, chattering about what had happened and how worried they had been.
“Maa… When am I gonna get out of here?” Naruto asked after there was only his family and Sasuke in the room.
“I don’t know, soon, I think. We have to ask the doctors.” Kushina answered.
Naruto looked around him. In a chair next to him was a small boy with blonde hair and green eyes. What Naruto had gathered, the boy was his youngest brother, Arashi. Then there was they boy he had seen just after he had woken up, red hair and blue eyes, Naruto’s second youngest brother, Kaida. Then a girl with a red hair and green eyes, Naruto’s younger sister, Amarante. Then there were Naruto’s parents, Kushina and Minato. And finally Sasuke, who what he had found, was still his boyfriend, like in the old world before Sasuke had defected.
Kit… Maybe you should tell them you’re not their Naruto anymore. Kyuubi crumbled in Naruto’s head.
‘What! Why? So they can stop loving me? So Sasuke can leave me again? So I’ll lose my family that I just got!?’ Naruto shouted inwardly.
No, but don’t you think hey have the right to know? After all… they will notice eventually.
‘But…’
Kit, you can’t act his part perfectly. Imagine if you and Sasuke end up in bed and the old Naruto had done it with him already. You don’t know what to do. Don’t you think Sasuke will notice that?
Naruto sighed inwardly. ‘Fine… but if I lose my family and Sasuke, I’ll kill myself, do you hear me fox?’
Since when have you been such a negative person?
‘Since I died…’
Kit…
“Um… When I do get out of here, I need to see you guys at somewhere private. I’ll need to tell you something important.” Naruto said.
“If you cheated me dobe, I swear to God, I’ll -”
“Calm down, Sasuke. I didn’t cheat you. It’s about something far more serious.” Naruto interrupted the livid Uchiha.
“You don’t think it would be serious if you cheated me?!” Sasuke growled.
“Sasuke, for God’s sake! I would never cheat you! How can you even… don’t you trust me at all?!” Naruto yelled, very offended by the Uchiha’s words.
Sasuke sighed. “Sorry, dobe. Of course I trust you…”
“Well it certainly doesn’t seem to be that way!” Naruto yelled, glaring at his boyfriend.
“Naruto, I -”
“Just forget it!” Naruto snapped and turned his back to his family and his boyfriend, attempting to sleep.
There was a sigh and a hand was placed on his shoulder. “We’ll let you sleep now. I’ll ask the doctor when they can release you from the hospital. Get some rest, son.” Minato said and squeezed Naruto’s shoulder before they all left the room. Or so he thought before another hand was place on his blonde locks.
“I’m sorry, dobe. I didn’t mean to doubt you. You were so still for a long time… I was so fucking scared that I’d lose you…” Sasuke whispered and Naruto could swear he heard tears in his voice.
Naruto turned to face the raven and sure enough, his boyfriend was crying. Naruto lifted his hand to dry his tears and cupped his pale cheek. “Don’t cry, Sasu.”
“I c-can’t make the t-tears stop. G-God, Naruto…” Sasuke cried.Naruto pulled the raven into a hug. “I missed you so, so much Sasuke.”
“But… I was here the whole time…” Sasuke said confused.
“Yeah…” Naruto said with a small smile. ‘You were here… not where I needed you… Here… not in the old world… there you were with Orochimaru… God, it’s so good to hold you like this… even if it’s just a little while…’

It had been a day from Naruto’s release from the hospital.
The Namikaze-Uzumaki family, Sasuke and his brother and parents (who were apparently alive and well here), Uchiha Obito, Inuzuka Rin (alive as well), rest of the old world’s rookie 12 and their instructors, Sandaime, Tsunade, Jiraiya, Konohamaru corps and Iruka. They had all gathered to the Hokage tower to hear what Naruto had to say.
“Well… What is it, son?” Minato asked.
Naruto looked at them with tears in his eyes. “I’m so sorry…”
“What is it, son? Why are you crying?” Kushina asked.
Naruto made sure he held everyone’s eyes in his before activating the jutsu that Kyuubi had developed to show everyone who he really was. His memories… His world…

A young blonde boy watched as other kids got food from the adults in the orphanage.
“Demon’s don’t need food.” A woman said, denying him his food.

“Get out you monster and don’t come back!” The orphanage director yelled as he threw the young boy out of the orphanage.

The old man Hokage smiled at him. “This is your new apartment Naruto. I hope you like ramen, I took the liberty to leave some of instant ramen in you fringe.” The old man said, showing around the apartment. The place was a dump.

“Die, demon!”
“You killed my family, monster! I’m going to kill you!”
The people beating him yelled.

“Monster!”
“Murderer!”
“Demon!”
“Kyuubi no gaki!”
“Die!”
The mob chasing him yelled.

“How are you feeling, Naruto?” Old man Hokage asked.
“I’m fine, Ojii-san. Why do they hurt me? What did I do?” The young blonde asked after waking up in a hospital.
“I don’t know, Naruto.” The old man lied.

The Uchiha Massacre.

Him doing pranks and skipping class.

“I’m gonna be the Hokage when I grow up, dattebayo!” A young blonde boy in orange jumpsuit cackled as he ran away from the Chuunins chasing him after he vandalized the Hokage monument.
“You have failed the test three times already, Naruto! There isn’t time for pranks!” Iruka yelled as Naruto sat in front of the academy class tied up.

Knocking Iruka out with the Oiroke no Jutsu.

Stealing the Forbidden Scroll, learning the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, getting caught by Iruka, hearing that he was the Kyuubi from Mizuki, getting saved by Iruka, beating Mizuki with the help of his Kage Bunshins, graduating and getting ramen with Iruka.

Knocking the old man Hokage out with the Oiroke no Jutsu. Meeting Konohamaru and Ebisu. Teaching Konohamaru the Oiroke no Jutsu and knocking Ebisu out with the Harem no Jutsu.

His and Sasuke’s accidental kiss in the academy.

“Team 7 is Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura and Uchiha Sasuke.” Iruka informed.
“Whaaat!? Why do I have to be in the team with that teme, Iruka-sensei?” Naruto screeched.
“Shut up, Naruto-baka!” Sakura yelled and whacked him in the head.

The door opened and the eraser dropped into the silver haired Jounin’s head. “My first impression of you is… I don’t like you. Meet me on the roof in five minutes.” The Jounin said.

“Okay, tell me your name, likes and dislikes, hobbies and dreams.”“Can you show us how, sensei?” Sakura asked.
“I'm Kakashi Hatake. Things I like and things I hate... I don't feel like telling you that. My dreams for the future... never really thought about it. As for my hobbies... I have lots of hobbies… Okay your turn pinky.”
The Genins sweat dropped. ‘All we learned was his name…’ Naruto thought.
“My name is Haruno Sakura, I like -”, a glance to Sasuke, “I dislike, Ino-pig and Naruto-baka, my hobbies are -”, another glance to Sasuke and a blush, “and my dream is -”, a third glance to Sasuke and a loud squeal with a blush.
Kakashi sweat dropped. “Okay, eyesore, go.”
“Humph. My name is Uzumaki Naruto, I like Sakura-chan and ramen, I dislike teme’s and the three minutes it takes to the ramen to boil, my hobby is pranking and my dream is to become the best Hokage ever!” Naruto yelled.
Kakashi thought. “Okay, your turn Broody-kun.”
“My name is Sasuke Uchiha. I hate a lot of things, and I don't particularly like anything. What I have is not a dream, because I will make it a reality. I'm going to restore my clan, and kill a certain someone.” Sasuke said in a dark, motone voice.

The bell test. The memorial stone… Obito… Rin… Yondaime… Kushina… The Uchiha clan…

“Hey, are you hurt, scaredy cat?” Sasuke asked with a smirk.
Naruto grit his teeth. “SASUKE!!!”

“Ah, if it isn’t the demon of the mist, Momochi Zabuza.” Kakashi said.
“Sharingan Kakashi.”

“Don’t worry Sasuke. I won’t let anyone in my team die.” Kakashi said with a smile.
†
“I know you asked tips from Sakura. What did she say?” Sasuke asked as they were doing the tree climbing exercise.
“Not telling.” Naruto said with a smirk.
Sasuke turned to Naruto with a shocked expression.

“Why! I didn’t ask you to! Why did you protect me!?” Naruto yelled, shocked as Sasuke stood above him, looking like a pincushion.
“I don’t know… My body moved on its own, idiot.” Sasuke wheezed before falling back, into Naruto’s arms.
“I hated you… That man… My brother… I didn’t want to die before I killed him… you… don’t die…” With that, Sasuke died in Naruto’s arms.
Naruto looked at Sasuke’s body in his arms shocked before hugging him. “I hated you too…”
“Is this the first time you saw a comrade die?” Haku asked.
“Shut up.” Naruto growled, placing Sasuke’s body to the bridge.
“It’s the life of a shinobi, friends die.”
“I said shut up… He had dreams… You… You killed the person I love… I’LL KILL YOU!” Naruto roared, Kyuubi’s chakra exploding from his body.

“AAARRRGGHHH!” Naruto roared as he hit Haku so hard that the boy flew through the ice mirrors.
†
“He’s cold. This isn’t a dream, is it? Sasuke-kun’s really dead… SASUKE-KUN!!!” Sakura cried.

“Sakura, you’re heavy.” Sasuke rasped out.
“Sasuke-kun?” Sakura asked with tears in her eyes. “SASUKE-KUN!” The girl cried and hugged the raven haired boy hard.
“Sakura! It hurts!” Sasuke gasped.

Naruto stared at the kunai in his hand. ‘It’s all my fault… My fault that Sasuke died… Why… Why did he have to protect me? Didn’t he understand that his life is so much more important than mine? He’s the last Uchiha… I’m just a demon. It’s not fair… I don’t have any right to live… Why… Why did Sasuke have to die?’ The blonde thought to himself and brought the kunai to his heart. ‘I’ll just die then too… Maybe Kami-sama can bring Sasuke back if he gets my life in exchange…’ Naruto thought and was just about to plunge the kunai into his heart where even Kyuubi wouldn’t be able to heal him when…
“Naruto! Sasuke-kun’s fine! He’s alive!” Sakura yelled.
Naruto whipped around to see Sasuke standing beside Sakura and raising his hand to greet the blonde.
Naruto cried in relief. ‘He’s alive… Sasuke’s alive… thank you Kami-sama…’

A blushing Naruto confessing to Sasuke that he has feelings for him and Sasuke admitting that he feels the same.

Sasuke throwing him off the cliff. Sasuke trying to hit him with a Chidori and him countering it with a Rasengan. Sasuke’s curse seal activating. Sasuke choking him. Sasuke slamming the Chidori through his chest. Him healing and using the Kyuubi’s chakra to get more power. Sasuke burning him with another Katon jutsu. Taking the pile driver head on from Sasuke. The pile driver breaking his neck. Kyuubi healing him and giving him more chakra. Him throwing Sasuke around like a rag doll. Sasuke activating his curse seal to the second level. Sasuke growing wings. The Chidori and the Rasengan colliding. Pain. Sasuke kissing him for the last time before leaving to Orochimaru. Waking up on Kakashi’s back and finding out that Sasuke left and he couldn’t stop him. Passing out again.†
Sakura finding out that he couldn’t keep his promise to bring Sasuke back. Sakura pummeling him to the ground because of it. Telling Sakura that he was going to bring Sasuke back and that it was a promise of a life time.

Livid women pummeling Jiraiya to the ground with loud shouts of ‘Pervert!’. Jiraiya training him. Missing Sasuke. Training. Missing Sasuke again. Return to Konoha after two and half years. Finding out that Gaara had become the Kazekage.

Training. Missions. Training. Missions. Missing Sasuke. Crying himself to sleep after the villagers beat him up again. Meeting Orochimaru again and fighting Orochimaru. Losing control of the Kyuubi after Orochimaru called Sasuke ‘his Sasuke-kun’. Meeting Sasuke. Sasuke plunging the Katana through his back. Him being in a coma for a month after Sasuke’s last attack. Waking up and crying because Sasuke escaped again. Asuma dying. Asuma’s funeral. Him creating the Fuuton: Rasenshuriken. Jiraiya dying. Him finding out Kurenai was pregnant with Asuma’s child. Him finding out who his parents were. Him moving into the Namikaze Compound. Jiraiya’s funeral. Kurenai asking him to baby sit her’s and Asuma’s child while she went to handle some business.

A C-Rank mission to escort Kagayaki Hana and her daughter Kagayaki Usagi from Konoha to Suna. Teaching Usagi how to say ‘Ninja’, telling Hana he was the Kyuubi no Jinchuuriki. Talking about Gaara with Hana. Hana fainting. Itachi and Kisame attacking them. Kakashi fighting Itachi. Sakura protecting Hana and Usagi. Sakura yelling in horror as Kisame’s sword pierced his chest, killing him instantly. Him going to see Kyuubi. Kyuubi telling him that in another universe another Naruto had died in a mission and that he was now going to take his place.

Him hearing how Minato asked his condition from the doctor. Him hearing Sasuke asking him to not give up. Him hearing Kushina telling him that his family missed him. Him hearing Amarante telling him to wake up to see her Chuunin exams. Him waking up and seeing Kaida for the first time. Him hugging Kushina for the first time. Him seeing Minato alive. Him seeing Sasuke. His seeing everyone else in the hospital room. Him talking to Kyuubi about telling everyone the truth. Him hugging Sasuke and telling him that he had missed him. Sasuke being confused. Him being release from the hospital. Him crying as everyone gathered in the Hokage Tower. Minato and Kushina asking what everything was about. Him looking everyone in the eyes.

Naruto fell on his knees panting and crying. “I’m so sorry… I’m so, so sorry…” The exhausted blonde cried before passing out.Sasuke was first to recover and run to the blonde’s side and take him into his arms. “Naruto, you idiot… Don’t say sorry, you dobe…”
